CONS: We did not know what to do when we entered. Since they don't have a hostess, there should be a sign that says to "seat yourself". We walked from the front to the back and back again, finally stopping a busy server to ask where we should sit. The band....is VERY LOUD. They were obviously talented, but we had to leave after ten minutes because we were worried about further hearing damage. Do not expect to have a conversation with anybody once the band starts. On the plus side, the band did not start playing until around 9PM.
The food and atmosphere is great to watch a game at. The cuban sandwich is unique and amazing. The tap selection is also great.
PROS: Excellent food and a good menu selection for a bar. Best customer service we have ever experienced at an eating establishment. The servers never stop, working constantly, hopping from one customer to the next. They promptly put the baseball game up where we sat. We sat at the bar and my glass of Diet Coke was never empty and was ice cold. Extra napkins without being asked. We came to watch a ball game, but never felt rushed to leave, even after our meal. Vibrant colorful atmosphere and everyone seemed to be having a great time.
The food was good and they have a nice beer selection. The lunch service was slow though. We had a group if about 8 and it took forever. When the for did come we hadn't even been given utensils.
Very nice neighborhood joint. Great tap beer selection, nice menu, and consistently good service, at least on Mondays and Wednesdays when our soccer team heads over for a post game beverage and snack. Also set up for live music - call or check website for details. Also plenty of tv's if you want to watch the game(s), but without it feeling like a sports bar.
This will become a weekly outing for us during baseball season. I jokingly told the husband that we might have to pick up a winter support to have an excuse to go during the long cold winter.
Good beer selection, above average food. Middle-of-the-road suburbia bar. Way too busy for what it is.
Absolutely best bar food we have ever had! For appetizers we had the Fried Green Beans and Cheese Curds. So good they quickly disappeared off our plates.... definitely getting them next time. The husband said his steak burger was great. He usually brings half his meal home but ate the whole thing and enjoyed tater tots with his. I had a BLT on sourdough and it was so very good. Applewood bacon! It was so big that I saved half for lunch (and tasted great leftover). Nice choice of Draft beers. Only dessert on menu was small sundae with chocolate syrup.
