I'm still going to this salon, and so is my mom, and we continue to be extremely happy with all of our services. Kacy always gives me great haircuts and color and I couldn't be more satisfied! I am always impressed by all of the styles/cuts from her other stylists as well.
I am mixed and have natural kinky curly hair, every 2-3 years I get my hair straighten other than that no heat. I just wish the Hairstylist would have been honest in not knowing how to work with my type of hair. I went in and when she was done was in just shocked it was fuzzy like half blow out and hair looked and felt fried. Did know how to handle the whole thing just was in such shocked payed and left. Called and later went back in and someone else fixed my hair free of charge. I know this was in January 2017 but clearly it's on my mind a lot and I'm just hoping this maybe helps prevents this from happening to any other girls with natural kinky curly hair.
I've been going to Salon KB for the past two years and am extremely happy with all of the services I receive. I get my hair cut and colored every six or seven weeks and the owner, Kacy, is my stylist. I've never been happier with my hair. I've been so happy that I'm now taking my 90 year old (very picky) mother to Kacy too. My mom tells me that it is the best cut she's every had! I have recommended this salon to all my friends! Salon KB is the ONLY salon in my life that I have gone to consistently for an extended period of time (I was one of those groupon hoppers until I met Megan). The staff is ALWAYS extremely friendly and Megan is one of the most personable people I have ever met. I look forward to my appointments every time because they know how to make you feel so special.
