Absolutely love this shop! They have an amazing selection of bikes to choose from and have a customer service team that is the best I have seen. The employees are passionate and give you an honest opinion about the bike you are looking for. I bought my carbon road bike from here and the employees helped me through the entire process when it came to choosing the best bike and fitting the bike to my liking. Absolutely would recommend this place to any bicycle enthusiast! This shop is the premier bike retailer in the Madison area.

This is a good bike shop. It's big, well stocked and the employees are helpful and friendly. It makes a big difference when you walk into a business and it seems like everyone there is enjoying what they do. I got a great deal on a new road bike from them and I had them do some work on another bike in the past. Both times this shop has impressed me. Highly recommended.
Brought in my bike to get a new tire, was sold one that didn't fit. Brought it back the next day the owner told me it wasn't their fault and charged me to fix it.
