The receptionist was rude on the phone when asked if they had any appointments available for a checkup sooner than a month and a half from when I called. She then found one for two days after the day i was calling, available at 8:30 AM. I took this appointment, confused by why she hadn't listed this one initially and acted offended when I asked if they had any sooner. I get to the appointment and the receptionist was also rude and standoffish in person both when i was arriving and leaving. Dr. Wilson was fine, although he seemed to gloss over some of my concerns. I asked him to refill two scripts for me. I was on my way home from work 8 hours later and stopped at Walgreens to pick them up. They only had one ready so I called the office before they closed and asked to speak to Dr. Wilson. When they called back, a very clearly irritated nurse informed me that Dr. Wilson had not filled the second prescription yet. It was such a tremendous waste of my time that I immediately went home and began searching for a new primary care doctor. Dr. Wilson is a nice man, however his attention to the needs and convenience of his patients is poor, and his staff is the complete opposite of kind and welcoming.
