This company left a note on my door a week in advance, saying that I would be without running water from 9 am to 4 pm. I carefully planned my day around this minor inconvenience, and appreciated the appropriate notice, but unfortunately, SSC must have not gotten the message they gave me. It is now almost 9 pm and I am still without water, which means nothing to drink, no shower, no brushing my teeth, and no flushing toilet!!!! Almost 12 hours which I have had to not use my bathroom, when they clearly said I would have running water by 4. A minor inconvenience has turned into a major headache. Had they told me that this would take as long as it has been taking, I would not have had a problem, and been able to schedule my day for this, but it is unacceptable to be FIVE hours late on a job I was informed of a week in advance. IF ANYONE OUT THERE IS LOOKING FOR SEWER/PLUMBING CONTRACTING, I SUGGEST HIRING ANYONE but SOUTH CENTRAL CONTRACTING. INSTEAD OF DOING THE JOB AT THE PACE THEY PROMISE, THEY DO THE JOB AT THE PACE THEY CHOOSE, ALL THE WHILE LEAVING THE CUSTOMERS UNCOMFORTABLE.
