Excellent, as always! I love that Stephanie is so responsive to what I want . . . she is a very talented person!!! I would recommend her to anyone who has been paying $80+ for a haircut, or anyone who has experienced paying $150+ for color, but leaves the salon with a wet head because the cost doesn't cover drying (and I don't mean "styling") your hair so you can see whether the color was successful! At Ecco, you do not get passed off to an assistant to finish your hair. To me that is important because when you book a cut and style and pay a certain amount, you assume that the stylist will see the process through to the end result!
Marie is the best! So genuine and sweet. I have been going to her for a few years now and have never once been disappointed.
This is a fabulous salon. Knowledgeable staff, everyone is friendly, nice neck massage during hair cuts. The Fitchburg salon was recently remodeled and is fabulous! They are an Aveda salon, and they sell Aveda products. Stylists are great at recommending the right product. I highly recommend Ecco Salon.
The people here are amazing!! I went in with a bad haircut from another place and they were so kind about it and made sure I had the best experience. Caroline is wonderful and such a treat to talk to, she is great at her job. Thank you!
This place is fantastic in every way. Convenient parking, easy to make an appointment, and friendly staff. But our stylist, Laura, is what really makes it great. Not only is she a consummate professional when it comes to hair, but she is so kind to my whole family. Even my toddler gets her hair cut with her and looks forward to it every time. I love my hair every time I leave this place - I give it my highest recommendation!
