Registered few boats and pwc there. Representatives are always nice and helpful.
The only reason for my unfavorable review is they do not have their hours easily accessible online. I drove a fairly long way with three children to register a new boat. When I arrived at 4:03, two of the customer service representatives wouldn't even look at us through the window. One other customer service representative came and spoke with me and let me know that they shut their system down for the day and weren't able to help me at the physical location because of that, which I understood and thought he carried the situation very well. However, they should have their hours posted online for people to see in this day and age or (I called to make sure they were open prior to coming) have it listed on their phone system. For the record, their hours are from 8am to 4pm and not a minute later.
