They always put mayo on my wife's sub. It's hilarious, because she hates mayo.

Although the food is always great, unfortunately more often than not they are very slow with their deliveries. Most times I have to wait 40+ minutes to have my food delivered to me, which is not exactly "freaky fast" delivery. The excuse is always the same, "Oh sorry we had drivers who called in and we only have one driver now." I would think by now they would have a contingency plan for things like this to help keep their delivery times down. They never even offer to refund the delivery surcharge whenever this happens, which I consider pretty poor service.
