I did the survey, but apparently - as much as I eat at Taco Bell - they don't care about their customers. There was a hair in my food and my cinnamon twists were white (no seasoning) and tasted like chemicals. Terrible. The window service person is always decent. I usually get the woman with the reddish blonde hair and freckles.
People at the counter are usually find, but again, another Taco Bell with insane drive through times. I really don't understand how corporate lets that slide.
Wait times at this Taco Bell have become increasingly worse. It’s 10:55 PM on a Saturday night with zero people in the drive through and the voice over the intercom says it will be “20-25 minutes to complete an order.” Awful, bro. I just wanted a crunch wrap.
Awful location. The drive through service takes forever, and today I sat at the drive through for a good five minutes without being acknowledged whatsoever. I left without ordering. This is a common occurrence with this place. Seriously horrible.
Food is good, orders get mixed up rarely, but if they do they are genuine and very nice about it. And what place actually remembers seeing you any more. Sometimes its a month between being their and they don't forget me. The only complaint I ever have is that drive through always takes forever. But the food is made to order instead of hanging out so its not like it isnt really worth it. And omg they have much better tasting food and are a lot cheaper than mcdont any more.
