From the moment we reached out to MHB we knew we were in good hands. They came in and told us about their $2500 flat fee, which saved us a ton of money. They walked the house to tell us what we needed to do to prep for selling it, took professional pictures, and eased all of our worries. It was listed on a Friday, and we had multiple offers on Monday.
