Our dog had an abscess in his paw pad— they sent us home with antibiotics, after finishing the course we noted we had a lot of pills left so we called back to clarify if we should be giving it to our dog longer. Our dogs paw showed little improvement. They asked us to bring him in to examine the paw again and They noted that the directions in the bottle were incorrect and they in fact under dosed the antibiotic. We were charged for another bottle of antibiotics with a correct dosage and another vet visit. This is terrible— if they had written the right prescription we would have never needed a second visit.
Love love love! We had to move away from the Madison area and switch vets and I have to say I have not found a new place that is as professional and helpful as Odyssey. I took for granted the amazing service and knowledgeable staff. Miss this place!
This is a vet clinic that really cares about the pets and people coming through the doors. I was incredibly impressed with every aspect of the service that was provided. The staff are thoughtful, knowledgeable, and professional. They make sure to check in with you multiple times after a check up and procedure. If you have any questions you can call and someone will be there to answer your call. I strongly recommend checking them out.
I've taken both of our cats here on multiple occasions. They are always attentive and treat you as a concerned pet owner, giving you background information for example. They never brush off any questions! Will continue to come back!
We just had our first visit here recently with our new puppy. The facility is outstanding and only surpassed by the wonderful employees and vets. I would highly recommend this place for veterinary care!
