Bought our appliances here and their service has been good. They stand behind their products. Only complaint is that we paid a premium, bit I think it's worth it

Usually I absolutely HATE shopping for appliances, but my experience at Grand was way above average. This store has a wide selection of appliance brands and LOTS of demo models so you can compare and contrast features and functionality. What sets Grand apart from most other appliance stores, however, is their staff . . . they're knowledgeable, super-friendly, honest, and there is absolutely no pressure to buy. There are literally dozens of appliance stores closer to my home than Grand, but assuming my new GE induction range performs reliably, I won't be shopping anywhere else.
