Decent selection of sheet music for a small store, friendly staff, well-organized layout. The location is also really convenient for me personally, so I visit here often (I'm a piano teacher.)
I had to take my violin in for a minor repair and to add fine tuners. Jack went way above and beyond my expectations. He cleaned and polished my violin to where it was looking brand new, he oiled the fingerboard and put some compound on the tuning pegs so they would no longer stick. He cleaned and polished my bow, and even noticed there was a piece of loose leather on the bow, so he took time to glue that. I am very pleased with the service I received and will definitely go back if I need another repair. Thank you!
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. And the turn around time on my instrument to be cleaned and have a couple of pads replaced was only a week. Would definitely recommend.
