Very nice rooms. Feels like home. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Lots of amenities and spaces to make it feel like home. Workout area is up to date with good variety. Hotel provides a full breakfast every morning and dinner some nights.
Nice place to stay everything is new . Staff friendly and free food & beer can't beat it for the price. I think I found a new place to stay when I come to town..Would have been 5 stars but no USB outlets ..
I was scheduled to stay here for one night during the Epic User Group Meeting, which is a very hectic time for hotels in the Madison area, given the huge influx of people coming for the conference from all over the world. Staybridge took the reservation, but when I showed up they had taken the check-in date down incorrectly and had re-booked my room when I didn't show up on that mistakenly noted date. When they discovered this, they did not apologize or attempt to make any accommodation for me. They refused to call other hotels to inquire as to whether they might have a room for me, and provided no help whatsoever to find a place to sleep despite having given away my room due entirely to their error. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a hotel or with customer service generally. Google won't let me post a review with zero stars, but that would be my rating.
