I stay here everything I visit Madison. Staff is very nice. Rooms are large. 50% off breakfast. Very convenient location.
We were in the bridal suite for our wedding. Very spacious, but lights operated weirdly. Sales team was very accommodating after event coordinator no longer worked at the hotel the week of the wedding.
This is not a five star hotel. It has issues, not enough electrical outlets, noisy fans in the bathroom and the AC/heating unit but I will be back for the clean room, good service and many convenient amenities that come with the room and it's location. One that I enjoyed particularly was a fresh made to order breakfast at the Wyndham Garden Cafe. I substituted English muffin for toast and added chorizo to my wonderful omelette. Freshly made is always better than buffet.
The room was very nice and quiet. Good location to find some other restaurants as well.
A great location for a wedding reception. The ballroom is large and beautiful. I love the large staircase. We did go through a couple event coordinators but everyone was very nice and accommodating. They are flexible with setup and cleanup if they don't have other events going on.
